i believe then you should write a mail to examination dept, even i did after around 1 hr, after receiving the link. They will cater you in a better way.

Sankalp if u open in desktop through chrome, do check in settings if the 'pop up' is blocked, if it is, then do unblock it and then retry downloading the copies.

nothing. that option itself has disappeared now. means I am not able to see the 'Download certified copies' option. I am getting only Applied wala option
