Certificate of service

I have completed my articleship training on 10-08-2013. I filed the online examination form for final examination to be held in November, 2013 on 10-08-2013. While filing the form i have been asked to fill in the details regarding certificate of service. I would like to know whether I am eligible to file the first part of the certificate of service-'Articleship Completion Declaration' or the second part-'For candidates who are presently in service and due to complete 3yrs training on or before 31-10-2013'. For the first part i'll have to enclose confirmation letter issued by ICAI regarding articleship completion but I have not yet deposited Form No.108. Pls guide me in this regard. Thank You
