Hello Professional Colleagues,
I would like to know that before making entries of bills in the CENVAT Register, is it necessary that payment should have been made to the supplier of services or input goods?
I mean suppose a supplier supplies goods on 1st April, and payment is made to him on 15th May, then whether the CENVAT Credit on such bill will be taken after 15th May?
