i am appearing for ca final november 2014 examination...i am doing self study for law...i have purchased handbook and textbook of law of munish bhandari but this time he has reduced the length of handbook eliminating case studies,covering only points and one more thing i tried to study only 4 pages of chapter "directors but in these 4pages,executive directors and non executive directors are not given,also penalty(section 266G) is not covered...i am studying for getting exemption in law,how much time it will take to study law??plz i want maximum answers,i am really very tensed....

No wonder the pass rate is less than 5% no offence to anyone but the institute is right when they say students only do rote memorization. Compare this to equivalent Canada exam UFE (uniform evaluation exam) which has 85% pass rate.
Mb sir hadbook for theory+for practicle problems refer textbook...it is enough to get 60 marks with 3 times reading...not at all need to worry
