can I get 50000/- RS from un registered dealer in a singal day and who is responsible for this transaction!

The URD.....
Under GST no more effects such Cash Transactions...
But, In Income Tax the URD is can't follow the 10k limit
if I get 50000 in a signal day from any person then who is responsible
Giver Only responsibility....
In case you can Receive above 2lakhs also you are one of the resonsibility in U/s 269ST in Income Tax...
in my account if I get 50000/-by any person in a day then ask me about that person by tax department ! can tax department ask me details of that person
