 AND CASH PAYMENT OF EACH OF VALUE OF 1.25LAKS  FROM AGRICULTURIST. THIS PURCHASES AND PAYMENT IS RIGHT AS PER INCOME TAX PROVISIONS OF LIMIT OF CASH PURCHASES OF FORM  NO.3CD POINT NO, 31 U.S 269ST

The limitation of amount of Rs. 2.00 lakhs in sec 269ST is not applicable to agriculturists. circular no. 27/2017 dt. 3.11.2017.
