one of the land grabber has grabbed my property and by preparing false document of 20 Rs stamp paper and mentioned he paid 8lacs in cash and forged my signature which is quite evident with naked eye and took injunction order from court.
Question: While my case is being heard in the court, can i file a complaint in income tax dept for tax evasion as he has accepted giving 8lacs in cash to me. what should be done to make him feel when playing with law.
Please provide me the options and also how can we do that...
