i would like to know that if an amalgamated co. a healthy unit absorbs a sick co. into it.
And,If such sick unit has intrinsic value of Rs 1 lac
And the value at which it has been acquired by healthy unit is Rs.80000
what should be tax treatment in the hands of amalgamated co.
