While filing a cancellation of GST RC, a query was raised by the Assessing Officer, which was mistakenly ignored by me. The occuranance was in June 2018. The cancellation is pending till date for such reason. What to do? Please advice.

Aa the GST RC cancellation is still pending for non reply of the qeries raised by the Ass. Officer, what is the process right now to get it cancelled?

As the qurery raised on June 18, the due date for sumitting that is already over as of now. What to do?
you have to ask the circle officer to reject the application. after that once again you can cancel it. but you have to pay the late fee for not filing the returns till now since once it is rejected your number will be alive.
