Can get Deduction For Stamp Duty and Registration Charges if not got possession

Dear Experts,

Please suggest me can i claim Deduction For Stamp Duty and Registration in FY 2019-20  (Charges paid in June'19) & i am getting  possession of the house property in FY 2020-21.
