    It's absolutely necessary to write all the exams since even if you get score more than 60 in Acc, Co. Law still you shall not be given exemption if you get less than 30 in Auditing.

It is Compulsory  to Attend Audit Paper If you want to give  law & Accounts Exam and if not then go only for one Group

My honest suggestion is to some how sail through Audit paper..so that u can clear your Group 1 !!

I'll tell u some easy yet effective ways of atleast getting 40 marks..

first of all completely study Sec 227 (1A),Sec 227 (4A),Sec 271 (1) (g) (i.e directors disqualification;only that clause),then full of Company audit part 1,EDP audit & Public sector audit..all this can be easil;y finished within 14 hrs (to master the topics).

Also if possible brush through AS (that u already know in Accounts paper) & Super summary of AAS given in this site...

Wish u a very good luck for exams.....do inform us that u have cleared this time in July........!!!!!!

It is necessary to attempt all question papers for exemption point of view, if u wud b able to secure 60% in any case bt nt necessary to get 30 marks as mentioned SBAJPAI

But from my personal experience i wud suggest you to prepare all your subjects coz you never know what wud happen in exam. may be luck wud be in favour of you.

So attempt all papers and try to sit whole 3 hrs in exam and write everything what you can.

So pls dont giveup nd have confidence in yourself
