One of our employee last four years was in US drawing salary in USD. Last month he returned to India drawn his salary in India Rupee. What will be the TDS calculation & How ?

For As an ordinary assess you calculate tax liability in this case also you have to calculate same. No matter if he is drawn salary in india rupee deduct tds as per slab rates.
