CA's Visting card
Dear Members,
One of my friends has cleard his ca and articleship too...but yet he has not recevied the membership no.
He wants to get his visiting card printed showing CA before his name.
Can he do so ? will there be any professional misconduct?

Unless he gets his membership, he cannot print his name with Chartered Accountant after his name. This will be in violation to CA ACT.

dear frineds, if any person not being CA use prefix before his name as CA will be found guilty under section 21 of the Chartered accountant act,1949.

ya first he should get his membership no den he can print visiting card
your friend is cleared CA , hearty congratulation...As far as printing of visiting card, it would be better to wait till he is getting the member ship that may be for pending GMCS course...

actually he has not filled form 2 for membership as he is w8n for articleship completion letter frm institute...

Is CA allowed to mention his Firms site on visiting card.
Also are there any specific Do'd and dont'd from institutes for visiting card.
