Ca or i cwa

Hi Friends,

I have registerd for CA PE- II in 2005 and gave two attempts but could not succeed to get the aggregate marks.

Later, I got an opportunity to work in MNC and discontinued studies, currently working in MNC.  Now I want to pursue the professional course.

I am good at Accountancy and Taxation. I have two option 1) convert to IPCC from PE-II  2) Register for ICWA and pursue I CWA.

Kindly send your valueable opinion CA or CWA.  And also the advantage and disadvantages.
