Leave it blank..it was for old course wherein they had to send answersheets to institute n in return they got certificate..nw in new course it's discontinued..leave it blank

could you please tell me that I don't have article ship completion letter as I just had submitted form 108 few days before, So how will I enclose articleship completion letter and mention the date of it in my exam form while submitting print out of exam form to ICAI. Can I write awaited in my exam form and submit it without articleship compoletion letter as a enclosure?
