target paper of ICAI
MCQ 24+ 37 in others. I expect 61 marks. but not happy
I think somehow technically sound otherwise it is easy.

Descripttive was easy compared to MCQ...MCQ was asked deep within the provisions!
Why is the dt ppr coming likecthisvin the past few attempts?
Did anyone else find ques. 1 of descripttive really demoralizing? I've started to miss the old pattern already. 😅
most of the question was asked with the effect of merger/amalgamation and it was so difficult to solve those!

I could not see any question from Assesment Part-Like AP,APPEAL REVISION,INCOME ESCAPING ASSESSMENT..Earlier there used to be 15-20 marks question from those topics .and some times 25-30 marks too..THIS TIME IT WAS PGBP ORIENTED QUESTIONS that too with some difficult points in eaac question!

In the 1st question, was the lease rent from factory building chargeable as PGBP income or House property?
it was house property i believe because entity was not engaged in business of renting!
