u can prefer munish bhandari sir's or GK Kapoor sir's book for law...and surbhi bansal mam's books for audit...

For law you can refer Munish Bhandari and for law if you have sufficient time then go for paduka otherwise surbhi bansal or v.k agarwal.

For Mics Institute Module is the best.

Hi Pooja, I would like to add my comment regarding LAW.  Please also purchase Munish Bhandari's summary book (in which all the sections are explained using diagrams & tables).

But you need to go through the entire course once from ICAI material.  For mugging up the sections use summary book.  On day before exam this book helped me to cover the complete course quickly.  However, my marks were no so great... i got 53 marks.

But till the time I was reading the books before exam days, I was not able to cross 45 marks.  This summary book will give you lot of confidence.

Also, try to solve all the past questions (especially case study)..  If you need further guidance regarding Law subject I can provide you tips.
