Ca arttcleship transfer
I talk to my principle for transfer, then he told me that he will give me transfer on 30/09/2014 . Today when I talked to my principle he told me that "mein tumhe abhi transfer nahi dunga". This will be my first transfer in the very first year.
Please guide what to do.

You should approach the institute and speak to them regarding this. These principals treat us like dogs. Don't be afraid. Fight for your right.
Your Principal cannot refuse to give you transfer in your first year of articleship as u don't need any specific reason to take transfer in your first year, so make an application to the institute regarding this matter, They will surely help you out.
