Hi i have registered after passing gr 1 ipcc for articles on october 10th. Due to some unforeseen circumstances i haven't submitted the articles form till now. Is it ok if i submit it now with prescribed late fee of Rs.1000 ? Or will i face any difficulties ?
Please help me as soon as possible.

i suggest you to submit the forms as soon as possible. There was a notification recently which stated the procedure/ documents required in case of delay in submission of forms. you can check that out too. In your case i guess the deed of articleship, attendance records and work diary and stipend proof say bank statement would be required along with the forms. Im not sure on the delay fee.
Just visit / call the institute and ask them for detailed procedure and the fees as well.
