C form application in maharashtra

You have to Login in your VAT Account and select CST  Application.There will be 4 applications 1 for each quarter

Can u pleas tell me the exact procedure how to generate C-Form?

Go to https://www.mahavat.gov.in/Mahavat/index.jsp , click on downloads, forms and then on electronic forms. 12th form is the C Form application form. Fill it & validate it first. Now u will get a rem file. Now login to the website and upload the Rem file in e-cst declarations column. Save the acknowledgement. If all details are entered properly, you will receive the C Forms within 4-5 days. You will have to login again and download the C Forms from view forms. If there are any problems, you will get a defect memo according to which you will have to reapply and get the desired C Forms

Could you please advise on frequency of C-Form application and issue, whether monthly or quarterly. 

C form is always issued quarterly
