Business Asset held for more than 36 months(one Lorry) Depreciation claimed . Whether capital gain arrising on sale can be invested in 54EC bonds for claiming exemption.

Yes it can be as it's a capital gain of long term asset, even though computed as short term capital gain. There is one case law on this decision also.
