manish m valecha..language is as per institute module...but presentation is better...like some time institute explain some topic in a long paregraph..manish sir present that in diff. parts like point wise so we cn understand quickly and present in better way...
Study Mat. + PM + Manish Valechha = 60+ easily.
Study from ICAI module 2 times and use Manish Valecha for further revisions. Note in Manish Valecha book any imp. point from module which is missing. Do all questions of PM - both solved and unsolved. It will help in removing confusions.

No doubt only study mat . is important and sufficient. But, Manish Valecha book helps in meorising the study mat. contents.

Make sure your Focus should be to learn the Headings of Every Questions( Every Topic and Sub topics) in Study Mat.
