Singhania refer only in that situation when you have 4 to 5 months

All books are good depends on your understanding and grasping.

V.K.Singhani is like the Bible of Income Tax but you should manage to finish it on time and make notes for revision.

T.N.Manoharan is very student friendly book. It fulfills all that is required for cracking the exam. Language is very lucid and it covers the solution for all the past exam papers alomost for last 35 exams.

SINGHANIA'S BOOK IS GOOD FOR PRACTICAL ASPECTS.
