bonus issue received by shareholder is classified under which head in the books of shareholder?

I think a disclosure is required.

Next, in the equity section, changes are like debit reserves account because issue is made from it and credit share capital account.

In the books of shareholders,
Since it is received without consideration there will be no entry
Only the number of shares will be increased.
If the shareholder is a investment company, then a disclosure is required.

There will be no accounting entry.
Only number of shares will get increased.
