The resolution is deemed to have been been passed when it s approved by the majority of Directors present at the Meeting. If out of 19 Directors, present at the meeting, 6 Directors gives their consent in favour, the resolution is deemed to have been passed. However if out of 10 Directors, 10 Directors are present give the possitive consent on the particular matter then then it is called unanimous resolution.
