As per section 174 (Quorum) in case of private company, interested director can also be counted for quorum?

YES, in case of private company, the intrested director should be counted in quorum after disclosure of interest.
REFERENCE:
MCA NOTIFICATION DATE 13th June,2017-
In case of Private Company - Sub-Section [3] of Section 174 shall apply with the exception that the interested director may also be counted towards quoram in such meeting after disclosure of his interest pursuant to section 184.
