Best book for it and sm (ipcc)

I would suggest you to refer the Study Material ( especially Manual) provide by ICAI. I know the language written there is bit technical. But untill nd unless you write such language in exams, they wont give you the desired marks. Alternatively, you can refer Dinesh Madan book also. 

for i.tech prefer dinaesh madan N Practice manual 

& for sm padhuka !!!

For IT go for Dinesh Madan as the language used in it very much similar to Institute Modules
