I would suggest you to refer the Study Material ( especially Manual) provide by ICAI. I know the language written there is bit technical. But untill nd unless you write such language in exams, they wont give you the desired marks. Alternatively, you can refer Dinesh Madan book also.

For Strategic Management the study material (Module)issued by ICAI is the best of all
secondly practice manual (PM)you to have to refer. Because in PM it is given the way you are required to present your answers in the exams.
for INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PM is enough..
