I used to follow this format comprising of 4 stages:
1. mention the section applicable to the Q.
2 Describe the section according to the Act.
3 Merge the section with the Q.
4. give an authentic conclusion.

Please divide the Answer related to Practical question inn to four parts:-
(a) Facts- Which gives the details about wat is given.
(b) Provision of Law applicable.
(c) Comments
(d) Conclusions
Of the above the Comments part is very important which justifies your answer....
