Dude If u see the first question all parts were relating to formulation of an audit program,3rd Q too was similar. As rightly said by Mr oommen,it depends on the firm you worked for. I did my articleship in audit department of my firm where i had come across many such situations like of term loans n all. And I dont know u might be in a tax oriented firm,so u might find DT paper more practical based whereas I wud say it was bookish and nothing related to practical life.
