I think padhuka is one of them.

Aseem trivedi's  " a practical approach to Auditing"  is one of them . Additional to your requirement it gives 400 posers for better understanding......

paduka is also good one ....but i personaly preffer Trivedi's book . it is quite easy and student friendly approach .

vinod agarwal , padhuka are better books to study for audit

Padhuka is a gud book from study point of view , but at exam times it's quite lenghty

Vinod Kumar Agrawal and pahukas u will find case studies in both.
