I don't think such movement.
no it is not but non-auditing firms have taxation & consultancy work then it can be done

As per the rules and regulations of ICAI only eligible Chartered Accountants are permitted to train 'articled assistants' .
Hence non auditing firms can't undertake that job...!!
but recently only i have seen the statement in the well-known newspaper that the proposal have been sent to the institute & the discussions are going on relating to that ?
i want know how well prepaired in audit paper

Proposal is there, no doubt. But it is not yet been approved. Wait till that time/
