attestation form

Good morning sir , I need a small clarification regarding my case ie ..in one case my name is registered in fir .but not I chargesheet .it mean did I arrested ,prosecuted ,bound down , detention ,? I should keep yes are no .in my attestation form .Nd that case in pending only, and also tey asked til filling of attestation form is there is any case pending on u ? yes r no ? so please give me a suggestion .thank you
