INSTEAD OF THIS ANNOUCEMENT , ICAI MAY REDUCE ARTICLESHIP TRAINING AS  6 MONTHS ,THAT WOULD BETTER FOR PREPARATION  AND RESONABLE TRAINING AS 3 YEARS FOR PCC STUDENTS .
