Once you are elegible to appear, the count starts....
So, Nov-2011 will be your 2nd attempt.
Attempt will be counted only if you have applied for the exam and paid the exam fee.
i have appeared for my group-1 ipcc exam in novemberand got passed in it and in this may i am going to appear for group-2 exam if i would pass in it whether it would consider as if i have cleared ipcc in first attempt..

But what about if he didnt filled the form
companies get data from ICAI (limited) and from there they can find your all history. Never try to bluff in campus.
