Assessing officer code in respect of pan for mentally challe

I cound not find assessing officer code for Pan application for my mentally challenged daughter.The list available for Baroda city shows as many as 41codes. Each code for "person being individual" runs  as.... "residing in particular area and who is employed.... ". Since,  she is not employed and nor will she be,  hence which code is applicable?
