Articleship transfer urgent help! pls advice

Hi Sir,

I am currently under articleship and I got registered on 30th April 2014. I am about to take transfer from the firm to another one due to some problems. I want to know if I take transfer will I have to get re-registered on next day to be eligible for Nov 2016 attempt or I can search for new articleship nicely. 

Kindly please help me out its urgent!
