you can take transfer any no. of times and at anytime. there is no specific period for taking transfer. the rule was there in the past but now its not there. now you can take transfer anytime and any no. of times ok dont worry and go ahead

Don't worry. There is a solution for everything. You have to get a letter from your Principal and the letter should be submitted to our Institute. They will issue Form-109. Just fill it and get it singned by your Principal and submit it in the Institute. The toughest part is geting signature from your Principal. Just tell some reason which will convince them to leave you from their firm. All the best. Always have free ends it will help you in future.
you Can give an application to ICAI President if u r not sign any contract on Stamp Paper.

As per the rules you have to do the articleship under the same employer... However you may transfer the articleship with mutual consent of the employer and yourself... But you are not allowed to transfer the articleship for the first 6 months anf for the last one year...
guys i also heard that transfer is not allowed during first 6 months and during the last one year. but where is the notification or announcement. probably its not there on the institute's site.

Ok u want to transfer whether ur boss will be agree for that.Why because some of the boses never try to leave their students form them, i dont no why they such a kind of Professionals do such sought of things by ignoring the Professionalism.If ur boss leaves u , definitely u will be lucky, otherwise u have to struggle a bit.
