Im doing my 2nd year ca articleship i want to terminate my articleship on medical ground.from 1 july 2021 already one month is over.so can i submit my termination application to institute now

For many months medical certificate should to submitted and now from which date to till which date i should submit medical certificate

No your articleship cannot ne terminated since you already have completed your 1st year of articleship. But what further you can do is keep yourself registered with the same firm and can continue your training with another firm of your liking and the same shall done with you principle's consent.
