Can subsequent auditor be appointed in Extra ordinary general meeting for small company
Because company has failed to appoint auditor in the AGM
company want to appoint auditor for F.Y. 2018-19 by holding EGM in March
can it do so?

Where at any AGM, no auditor is appointed or re-appointed, the existing auditor shall continue to be the auditor of the CO.
So, in my opinion if you want to appoint a new auditor, then first we will have to remove the existing auditor and then appoint a new auditor.

Actually previous auditor was appointed only for a period of 1 year i.e. F.Y. 2017-18 and Company wants to reappoint the same auditor for F.Y. 2018-19 onwards
