Filed Form- 32 as a designation as a additional director, now for regularization of the directorship again form- 32 can be filed in the upcoming AGM?

Yes, f-32 is required 2 b filed again for change in designation from add. director to director

Thanks Mr. Singh, can you please let me know that when can we do the regularization? i wanted to know the time limit? can it be done in the upcoming agm if the director is appointed on 17th August, 2011?

Ya it can be regularised in coming agm. No need to worry about de date of app. of drctr.
