Applicability of icds for ca final nov_16 exam
Please tell me whether ICSA are applicable to CA FINAL NOV-16 ex or not.

Whether isca or ICDS ?
Applicability of ICDS being deferred and applicable to AY 2017-18. (Vide budget 2016) Therefore there is no question of applicability of icds in Nov-2016.
It is applicable from May, 2017
