Applicability of companies bill for ca final nov14

I think it is too early to take a call on its applicability for Nov 2014 exams.

still they havn't issue RTP for nov 2013 may be due to this reason

Sir, there is a likely chance of the New Companies Bill once after becoming an Act applicable for November 2014 Examination, however, you need to wait for the announcement from ICAI, because only the Institute can give a definitive answer and we are only making conjectures.

Its 100% sure that the companies bill 2002 will nt applicable to the students who w'll appear in Nov 14 as if it merely applicable from 01/04/2014 by the central government bt for the study materials institute want 6 month minimum time for preparing the study material and it would be 01/10/2014 so untill icai issues mat. It can' b possible to ask questions on new bill so frends do hard work who hav their exam in nov14 and do it clear in first time. Best of luck
