Is it true? I feel, clause 49 is applicable to all listed companies..Pl confirm.
Yes it's absolutely correct. Clasuse 49 is applicable for all listed companies having PUC of Rs.3 Cr and above or Net Worth of Rs.25 Cr and above effective from April 1, 2005 onwards.
