We want to file above returns now, but late fees is coming around 45k per form which means 90k for two forms.
is there any way to avoid this late fee or waiver of the same?
please help.

There is no chance to get any waiver as the fresh start scheme has not been extended yet. if you have filled the same within 31 Dec 2020 then where was no fine. But I think Government may give another extension but its not sure yet. you can wait for more time as its already too much fine accumulated.
Government will not extend the deadline,hence you need to file those forms to avoid further penalty
Contact the ROC and ask for condonation for Waiver of Late Fees. They may reduce the late Fees.
There is no way out
