Change of email id for registered user

I have a login id on MCA website as registered user id. Now I want to change my email id but not getting any option. Can someone please guide me regarding this.

Mainly I want to upgrade my login credentials from Registered user to Business user but when I'm trying to do that I'm getting error message "your email id is already registered please login again". I tried all methods of Forgot id and forgot pwd but not able to do resolve it.

So I thought if there is any option where I can change my email id it will solve my problem but that option is not available on the MCA portal.

An early response will be highly appreciated here.

You cannot create a new Business User account with an email already used for a Registered User. To fix this, log in to your existing account and use the "Profile Update" option to change your category to "Business User." If login fails, you must raise a technical ticket to have the backend team de-link your PAN/Email from the old account.
