I have a login id on MCA website as registered user id. Now I want to change my email id but not getting any option. Can someone please guide me regarding this.
Mainly I want to upgrade my login credentials from Registered user to Business user but when I'm trying to do that I'm getting error message "your email id is already registered please login again". I tried all methods of Forgot id and forgot pwd but not able to do resolve it.
So I thought if there is any option where I can change my email id it will solve my problem but that option is not available on the MCA portal.
An early response will be highly appreciated here.
