About me
I have total work experience of more than 25 years mainly into Accounts, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Audits, Tax planning, Handling of Scrutiny cases, and finalization of Accounts of Listed companies, Pvt Companies, OPC's LLP's, Partnership Firms and Proprietors. Also having experience of working on various ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in Infrastructure Development Industry. From last Eight years have been independently handling various assignments and consultancy for Individuals (Proprietors), Partnership Firms, LLP's, One Person Companies (OPC’s), Private Limited Companies and Public Limited Companies. Work undertaken by my Firm mainly includes work of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Tax Planning, IT return filings, GST registration, GST return filings, Certificaton work, Maintaining books of accounts, conducting Financial and Legal Due diligence and so on.
Currently into full time practice as Chartered Accountant (FCA) under the firm name Nikhil S Dawda & Associates.
