If there is a private limited company and it has an associate, we have to only file AOC-4 CFS?What about AOC-1 attachtment?

As per provisions of Section 129(3) read with Rule 5 every company which have any subsidiary/Associate/Joint Venture Company required to attach AOC-1 along with AOC-4.

you have to file aoc-4 cfs with the attachment of aoc-1 it is mandatory
