The signing of Annual Return will be as per Companies Act, 1956 or Companies Act, 2013 ?
Further, can we attach sd copy of annual return in Form 20B or we should attach signed copy of Annual Return.

Hey,
Signing of annual return for FY 2013-2014 should be in 1956 format. Only for FY 2014-2015 the Companies Act 2013 applies. Its better u attach signed copy in 20b instead of SD copy.
