As per rule under companies Act, 2013 the difference between to AGM will not more than 15 months and AGM must be held with in 6 months of end of financial year i.e. AGM must be held on or before 30.09.2019 for FY 2018-19, a notice of 21+ 2 days is required to be sent for AGM. thus balance sheet to be sign on or before 6.09.2019...
