Dear All,
Our family owned ancestral family land of around 35 acres in Dist. Gurdaspur/Village Mahal Nangal in Punjab and an ancestral house.
I would like to check the details of the ownership of both the land and house at the present date. Further, I apprehend a partition/sale amoung the other family members without our knowledge. How can I check that..?? In case of any such happening (partition/sale) what can I do to refute the same and get the property registered under my name..??
Further, I would also like to reconstruct the ancestral house. What is the eligilibility criteria and documentation requirements for taking a loan for such reconstruction purpose..??
